Rick has a passion and a keen sense of how our personal and work spaces influence our lives. Inspired himself by colour, texture, form and function, Rick helps facilitate the creative process of bringing interior design concepts and principles into people's lives, whether that be individuals or teams within an organizational context, or individuals, couples or families within the residential environment.

Rick begins by first understanding the people he is engaging with. Depending on the client, he may opt to use a diagnostic tool to assist him, and them, gain a better understanding of what makes them "tick" [and what makes others around them "tick" as well]. Using the diagnostic as a foundational component of building and understanding the relationships he will co-create, Rick is then better equipped to understand and facilitate the design process.

Rick very much sees the design process as a partnership - a partnership that feeds off both the desires and dreams of his clients and Rick's experience and expertise in interior design and décor, as evidenced by formal interior design study and several interior design projects.
